Light: Needs bright, indirect light. Direct, harsh sun will scorch the leaves, but placing it in too much shade can make the plant lose its unique white variegation.
Water: Water deeply about once a week when the top few inches of soil dry out. This plant is known as a "drama queen" and will visibly droop when it needs water, bouncing back quickly once hydrated.
Soil & Drainage: Use a rich, organic, well-drained potting mix. Adding perlite or orchid bark can help provide the excellent drainage this tropical plant requires.
Temperature & Humidity: Keep it comfortable between 60°F and 80°F (15.5°C – 27°C) and away from cold drafts. While it loves humidity, avoid directly misting the leaves, as trapped moisture can cause brown lesions.
