Repotting & Plant Services
Mahonia offers in-person and off-site plant maintenance and care. Any outside plants that are being cared for by our team must be pest and disease free. If any pest or transmittable disease is found, Mahonia reserves the right to refuse treatment and offer assistance at a safe distance. If you are unsure of what your plant is experiencing, please reach out to us. We can take a look through pictures and videos sent by you.
House calls have a minimum $45 service fee and must be within 20 miles of our store.
Shipping
Please unpack your purchases as soon as they arrive. We do our best to package every item so that it reaches you safely. If your plants or any other items arrive in less than ideal conditions, please take photos of the items, as well as the packaging, and notify us within 2 days at this address: hello@mahoniastudio.com
In the event of a shipping exchange on eligible items, customer is responsible for costs to ship item/s back.
Delivery
Mahonia delivers within a 20 mile radius of our store.
We strive to deliver your orders within our delivery area in a considerate and timely manner, on the requested delivery day. Any plants, pots, GoodsBoxes, or other items left outside for too long in certain weather or temperatures may be at risk of damage or theft. Mahonia will do its best to assess the situation to ensure safety for the delivery, but we are no longer responsible for the items once they have been delivered.
Returns
Plant purchases are final sale and are not eligible for exchange. The following items are also final sale and not eligible for return or exchange: Terrariums, Custom Creations and Custom Made Orders, Food, Body Care and Furniture.
Any items that have been altered from their original state of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
All qualifying non-plant merchandise may be exchanged for credit (in the form of a Mahonia Gift Card) within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
Sale merchandise is final sale.
Custom Creations
Mahonia strives to create one-of-a-kind pieces for you based on your vision or ideas. We will go through an intake process together to understand the goal of the project, but also to determine time, cost, budget, and other expectations.
Since our custom creations are made specifically for you, all custom projects require a commitment once work begins. By agreeing to move forward with Mahonia on a Custom Creation, you acknowledge and agree that if the project is canceled at any point, you are responsible for 50% of the total cost, covering materials and time already invested. This agreement may be made verbally or in writing. This policy allows us to responsibly source materials and dedicate time to each one-of-a-kind piece.
Mahonia will work with you closely while the piece is being created to ensure your vision is being met.
Custom Creations are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
